As a Field Collection Specialist, you will be the face of our company, visiting clients and businesses across Bali to collect payments, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients and businesses to collect payments and resolve financial issues.
• Conduct cash and non-cash collections, including bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Document all transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to drive business growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices.
• Report on collection activities and provide regular updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally outside the region.
