As an Import Staff, your mission is to ensure that all imported goods comply with regulations and reach our warehouses on time. You'll handle everything from initial purchase orders to final delivery, using tools like SAP, Excel, and specialized logistics software. With a focus on efficiency and compliance, you'll play a key role in maintaining Jaya Bersama Saputra Perkasa's reputation as a trusted partner in the manufacturing and logistics industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of imported goods.
• Manage the entire import process, including customs clearance, documentation, and warehouse receipt.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and import/export laws.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements using SAP and other logistics software.
• Collaborate with customs agents and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to import/export processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all import transactions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of import documentation.
• Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing import strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export operations or customs clearance.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other logistics software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, customs agents, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid customs clearance certificate or equivalent experience.
