Cafe Citra Shop is looking for an experienced Lead Accountant to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our cafe, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the cafe, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly financial statements.,Prepare and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the management team.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including processing employee payments, calculating taxes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure the integrity of financial data.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team on financial matters.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both management and staff.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
