📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution using tools like JIRA and Asana.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
