Makmur Wati Kebab is looking for a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and quality ingredients.,Prepare and present regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and basic accounting principles.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work independently and remotely.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
