📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair all building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.,Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and efficiency of all facilities.,Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.,Oversee the daily operations of the facilities department, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the continued success of the facilities department.,Comply with all safety regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.,Handle emergency situations and respond to facility-related issues promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company's facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in facilities maintenance and repair.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining complex building systems and equipment.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to the facilities department.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in facilities management, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.,Experience working in an international or expat-friendly environment is a plus.
