Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Financial Services & Investment Research team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the Financial Services & Investment Research team.,Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that project deliverables meet their requirements.,Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.,Strong understanding of financial services and investment research, with a deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.,Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
