📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials and activities,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply what they have learned,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HRIS systems and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
