As an Assistant HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the preparation and distribution of employee communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and company celebrations.,Help in the administration of employee benefits, including leave management, insurance, and retirement plans.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time-management skills.
