As an Enrollment Team Manager at PT Active Study Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing a team of enrollment officers, setting and achieving enrollment targets, and ensuring that our students have a seamless and enjoyable enrollment experience. You will work closely with our marketing, admissions, and student success teams to create and implement effective enrollment strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of enrollment officers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies, working closely with marketing, admissions, and student success teams.
• Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute targeted enrollment campaigns.
• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable enrollment experience for students, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student enrollment and recruitment.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.
• Represent PT Active Study Indonesia at external events and meetings, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.
