📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Indeed.
• Manage the onboarding process, including document verification and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
