As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.,Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.,Maintain and update maintenance records and documentation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.,Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the implementation of energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.,Knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance.Experience with maintenance management software.Knowledge of ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards.Ability to work in a hybrid environment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
