📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of production schedules and workflows,Monitor and report on production progress and quality,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives,Maintain accurate records of production activities,Assist in the resolution of production issues and conflicts,Support the production manager in achieving production targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related discipline),Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, quality control software),Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Proactive and detail-oriented,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken
