📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all company goals are met.
  • Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed and that all employees are aware of and comply with these policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
