📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow your client portfolio using Salesforce CRM.
• Provide expert advice on Unit Trust products to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
• Set and achieve personal sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Unit Trust products.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or sales.
• Certification in Financial Planning (CFP) or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in using Salesforce CRM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of Unit Trust products and the Indonesian market.
• Valid ID and NPWP for tax purposes.
