Easy Town Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary materials and supplies to meet its operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of purchasing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.,Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supplier performance.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
