📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Coordinate with managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR manager in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR metrics.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
