Managing cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records,Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Assisting in the management of the clinic's cash flow,Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and policies,Training and supervising junior cashiers,Handling cash deposits and withdrawals,Resolving customer complaints and issues,Maintaining a clean and organized cash handling area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cashier or financial role,Strong knowledge of financial systems and software,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good mathematical and analytical skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and policies
