📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet customer demands and quality standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries through regular taste tests and quality checks.,Mentor and train junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards of baking.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless production of pastries.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lead and mentor junior chefs.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
