📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct job interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
