📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill employees.,Create and deliver engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and design customized programs.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and staff members.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.
