Lever Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainable Food Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for our sustainable food products. As a Sustainable Food Sales Manager, you will work closely with farmers, distributors, and retailers to promote and sell our range of sustainable food products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration for sustainable food products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure that all products meet quality and sustainability standards.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.
• Provide training and support to sales teams and field staff.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainable food sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the food or agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable food practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
