📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Support the accounting team in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Help with the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of management accounts and internal reports.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll processing and related tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
