📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients in their homes or businesses to assess their financial needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct financial assessments and provide advice on loans, savings, and insurance products.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios, ensuring timely repayment of loans and growth of savings.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best possible service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the microfinance industry.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial products and services, including loans, savings, and insurance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
