• Provide on-site technical support to ensure the smooth operation of systems and services.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
• Document all technical work and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the delivery of high-quality services.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible support to our clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in IT infrastructure management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proven experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with common IT tools and software, including but not limited to, Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and VMware.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
