As an Ecommerce Operations Administrator, you'll work closely with our sales team and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. You'll use tools like Tokopedia Seller Center and Google Sheets to manage data and track performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the official Tokopedia store, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using data from Tokopedia Seller Center and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Track and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings on Tokopedia, including pricing, descriptions, and images.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce and digital sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital sales, or a related role.
• Proficient in using Tokopedia Seller Center and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
