📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for industrial and logistics properties.
• Manage and coordinate leasing activities, including tenant negotiations, lease renewals, and lease executions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industrial real estate sector.
• Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Utilize industry-leading software and tools, such as JLL's proprietary systems and market analysis platforms, to support leasing activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to leasing performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial leasing and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the industrial and logistics real estate market, including market trends, tenant profiles, and leasing dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using industry-leading software and tools, such as JLL's proprietary systems and market analysis platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
