As an Electronics Process Engineer at Formulatrix, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our electronic components meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production processes, using industry-leading tools like Altium Designer and SolidWorks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proven experience with PCB design and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
