📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of customer experience strategies across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user journeys.
• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and emerging technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in user experience design and strategy.
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in User Experience Design (e.g., Certified Professional in User Experience - CPX) is a plus.
