📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Manage inventory of facility supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and implementing necessary measures.
• Work closely with the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Assist in the organization and execution of facility-related projects and events.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management, cleaning services, or a related field.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as SAP or ServiceNow.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
