RSUD Depati Hamzah is seeking a Guru PMR (Pertolongan Pertama) to join our team in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung. This role is crucial in training and educating communities on life-saving first aid techniques, ensuring that everyone is prepared to respond effectively in emergencies.

As a Guru PMR, you will conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide immediate care during medical emergencies. Your daily tasks will include developing and delivering training programs, assessing participants' understanding, and providing ongoing support to ensure the effectiveness of the training.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs on first aid techniques, including CPR, wound care, and emergency response.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for individuals and communities.
• Assess participants' understanding and provide ongoing support to ensure training effectiveness.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community leaders to develop and implement training programs.
• Provide emergency response guidance and support during medical emergencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• S1 or D4 in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Certified as a First Aid Instructor (PMR) with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in conducting first aid training and education programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with relevant first aid guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bangka Belitung province as needed.
