📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement engaging activities for children, such as crafts, games, and storytime sessions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting Kids Club area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the dining team to create a seamless dining experience for families.
- Manage and supervise staff assigned to the Kids Club, ensuring high standards of service.
- Organize and promote themed parties and special events for children.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among children and parents.
- Monitor and report on the Kids Club's performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in children's entertainment and education.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a family-friendly dining environment.
- Proven ability to create and deliver engaging activities for children.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of child development and psychology.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations for childcare environments.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.
