• Provide exceptional front desk services, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Manage reservations and bookings using CRM systems and property management software.
• Offer personalized concierge services, including arranging transportation, dining reservations, and local tours.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with a focus on resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in working order.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide valuable recommendations to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in front of house or concierge roles, preferably in a luxury resort environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle high-volume guest interactions.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and property management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
