📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify training needs and development opportunities
• Collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business objectives
• Utilize HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to manage training and recruitment processes
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and recruitment efforts
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in People & Organization Development
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in People & Organization Development, Recruitment, or a similar role
• Proven experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and assessment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Certification in HR or a related field is a plus
